Transfer from Transit Link – for riders connecting from Metro Transit’s paratransit service

Transfers

All riders need to pay for their first ride and will receive the second ride free. When transferring from a SW Prime vehicle to a SW fixed route bus, riders pay the SW Prime fare (the first ride). When transferring from a SW fixed route bus to a SW Prime vehicle, riders pay the SW fixed route bus fare (the first ride). Riders transferring need to ask for a paper transfer ticket. Riders may use a free transfer from other agency's fixed route buses if it is within the free transfer window.

Important Note

Before tapping your card, tell the driver if you use a Senior (65+) or TAP Go-To Card so the driver can apply your discount.

Go-To Card and Passes

Go-To Cards are reusable and reloadable cards used to pay bus fares. Visit our Customer Service team at SouthWest Station 6:00 AM – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday, to purchase or add value to your card.

You can also purchase, register, and reload your Go-To Card online but it may take up to 24 hours for the added value to be available on your card.

How to pay your fare

Purchase your ticket in advance through the Token Transit app or pay with exact change when boarding. Round-Trip Fares Standard: $6 Children 5 and under: Free Disabled Veterans (with valid ID): Free If using Token Transit, please be sure to activate your digital ride ticket when boarding.
